A segment is a saved set of filters. Instead of rebuilding the same filter combination every time, you save it once and come back to it with one click.
What you can filter by
When building a segment, you can combine any of these filters:- Signal activity — accounts that have a specific signal, or any signal in a given time range
- Deal status — in CRM, not in CRM, specific deal stage
- Owner — filter to one rep or the whole team
- Company size — employee count range
- Location — specific states, countries, or global
- Industry — one or more industries
- Account status — active, suggested, or both
Segment ideas to get you started

| Closed lost + new signal | Accounts you lost that now have fresh signal activity |
| Mid-market | Accounts in your 50–500 employee range |
| New signals this week | Any account with signal activity in the last 7 days |
| Not in CRM | Accounts WhiteWhale is tracking that haven’t entered your pipeline yet |
