A segment is a saved set of filters. Instead of rebuilding the same filter combination every time, you save it once and come back to it with one click.

What you can filter by

When building a segment, you can combine any of these filters:
  • Signal activity — accounts that have a specific signal, or any signal in a given time range
  • Deal status — in CRM, not in CRM, specific deal stage
  • Owner — filter to one rep or the whole team
  • Company size — employee count range
  • Location — specific states, countries, or global
  • Industry — one or more industries
  • Account status — active, suggested, or both
Mix and match any combination. The accounts that match all your filters are what appear in the segment.

How to create a segment

1

Go to the Accounts page and set your filters

Use the filter bar at the top to build the combination you want. You’ll see the matching accounts update in real time as you add filters.
2

Click Save as Segment

Once your filters look right, click Save as Segment and give it a name.
3

Access it any time

The segment appears in your segments list in the left nav. Click it to instantly reload those filters and see the current matching accounts.
Segments are live — they always show the accounts that match your filters right now, not a static snapshot from when you saved them. A closed-lost segment with a new signal filter will automatically surface new matches as they appear.
