WhiteWhale connects to your Google Calendar and automatically prepares a research brief before any meeting with a tracked account. No manual prep needed — the brief lands in your inbox 24 hours before the call with everything you need to walk in prepared.

How to connect

Go to Settings

Click Settings in the left nav and scroll to Integrations.

Find Google Calendar and click Connect

Follow the prompts to authorize WhiteWhale to access your calendar.

Choose your mode

Select how WhiteWhale should handle your upcoming meetings:

OnSends a research brief 24 hours before each meeting with a tracked account. Nothing is added to your account list automatically.
On — Auto UploadSends research briefs and automatically adds any account you have a meeting with to your WhiteWhale list. Uses account credits.
OffPauses the integration. No briefs are generated. Your connection is preserved.
Not sure which mode to pick? Start with On. You get pre-meeting briefs without touching your account list or credits. Switch to Auto Upload later if you want your calendar to drive your book of business automatically.

What’s in the brief

WhiteWhale sends the brief by email 24 hours before the meeting. Each brief includes:
  • Meeting time, company HQ location, and employee count
  • What they do — a plain-English summary of the company
  • Why Now — the signal story: what’s changed recently and why now is the right time to be talking to them

Disconnecting

To disconnect, go to SettingsIntegrationsGoogle Calendar → click Disconnect. You can reconnect at any time.
