How to create a segment
Go to the Accounts page and click Create New Segment
You’ll see the segment builder open with your available filters.
Name your segment
Give it a clear name that describes what the accounts have in common — for example, Mid-Market Targets, Enterprise Hunting, or Closed Lost Q1.
Select your signals
Choose which signals you want accounts in this segment to have. You don’t need to select any — leaving signals blank includes accounts regardless of signal activity. But adding signals narrows the segment to accounts that match those specific triggers.
Set your filters
Apply any combination of the remaining filters:
- Tags — filter to specific account tags if you’ve labeled your list
- Account status — active only, suggested only, or both
- Owner — one rep or all reps
- Employee count — set a range that fits your target company size
- Location — specific states, countries, or all
- Industry — one or more industries, or all
