Removing Accounts

Permanently delete accounts from WhiteWhale — one at a time or in bulk.

Remove one account

Scroll to the far right of the account row and click Remove. You’ll have the option to provide feedback before the account is pulled out.

Remove accounts in bulk

Select multiple accounts using the checkboxes, then click Delete. All selected accounts are removed at once.

Deleting an account removes it and all its signal data permanently. This cannot be undone. If you want to preserve the signal history and free up a credit, archive the account instead.
