Archiving pauses an account and returns its credit slot so you can add a new account in its place. All historical signal data is preserved — archiving is not the same as deleting.

How to archive an account

1

Find the account on the Accounts page

Locate the account you want to archive.
2

Click Monitoring and select Archive

Click the Monitoring status on the account and hit Archive. The account is immediately paused and the credit slot is freed up.

What archiving does

  • Stops the account from being monitored — no new signals will fire
  • Frees up one credit slot for a new account
  • Preserves all historical signal data — you can still view everything that was found before archiving

Tracking your credits

You can see your current credit usage on the Searches page. It shows how many credits you have left, how much space is available, and lets you add more credits if needed. Credits reset every month, so you can rotate your full account list — archive your current accounts at the end of the month and add a fresh set.
You can only archive each account once per month. You cannot archive and re-add the same account repeatedly within the same billing period unless you use another credit.

Adding Accounts

Add a new account after freeing up a slot.

Removing Accounts

Permanently delete an account and its signal data.
