WhiteWhale can send signal alerts, account suggestions, and deal updates directly into your Microsoft Teams channels — so your reps get notified where they already work.
Teams alerts are available on Enterprise plans. To get set up, contact the WhiteWhale team at hello@getwhitewhale.com and they’ll walk you through the configuration.

What you’ll receive in Teams

Once connected, WhiteWhale delivers the same alerts as Slack — directly into the channel of your choice:
  • Daily Signals — new signal activity on your accounts, with the source, key details, and a link back to the platform or your CRM
  • Assigned Accounts — when a new account is assigned to a rep
  • Recommended Accounts — when Account Suggestions surfaces new matches

Getting set up

Teams setup is handled by the WhiteWhale team. Reach out and they’ll get your workspace connected.
