Teams alerts are available on Enterprise plans. To get set up, contact the WhiteWhale team at hello@getwhitewhale.com and they’ll walk you through the configuration.
What you’ll receive in Teams
Once connected, WhiteWhale delivers the same alerts as Slack — directly into the channel of your choice:- Daily Signals — new signal activity on your accounts, with the source, key details, and a link back to the platform or your CRM
- Assigned Accounts — when a new account is assigned to a rep
- Recommended Accounts — when Account Suggestions surfaces new matches

After setup: turn on your notifications
Once your workspace is connected, each rep should go to Settings → User Notifications and enable the alerts they want to receive in Teams. At minimum, turn on Daily Signals and Assigned Accounts to get full value from the integration.Related
